The studios and apartments of the final phase (phase 3) are located in the tallest tower of Dialogue, on the thirteenth through the twenty-second floor. As a result, you have an incredible view over Amsterdam and the surrounding area.

Would you like to speak with the sales team first? Then come to the Open House on Wednesday, April 16 at Mooijekind Vleut real estate agents at Lindehoevestraat 45 in Amsterdam. That is within walking distance of the construction site. You can then ask all your questions about the project and the homes. A mortgage specialist will also be present for financial advice. Furthermore, you can view the progress of the construction and you will get a tour of the neighborhood. A barista will provide delicious coffee.
Have you got your eye on a property that you can finance? Then you can register on the spot. You are welcome between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM and you do not need to sign up in advance.
Dialogue is a brilliant example of contemporary architecture, partly thanks to its aluminum finish. The building consists of two towers, 70 and 50 meters high, which are connected in a staggered manner. This makes the building appear airy and open. The green inner courtyard, with seating areas, picnic facilities, and walking paths, also contributes to this. You can enjoy sitting in the sun and fresh air here, reading a book, and meeting your neighbors. Even more greenery is offered by the park zone on the south side of the building.
The apartments in Dialogue are sustainable and energy-efficient, and you can see that in your energy bill. Also very sustainable: the focus on shared mobility in the area. For example, shared cars and shared scooters are available nearby. And within a few minutes' walk or bike ride, you can hop on the metro (Spaklerweg metro station).
Dialogue is rising on the Wenckebachweg in the Overamstel district (municipality of Ouder-Amstel). That is within the Amsterdam Ring, near the Amstel QuarterIn the immediate vicinity, you'll find a mix of restaurants and cafes. Such as restaurant Troef, only a 9-minute bike ride away. Or Café Jansen (in Bajeskwartier), a 4-minute walk away. Around the corner, you can go to Club Levenslang, perfect for a night out. Even more entertainment can be found in De Pijp, just a 10-minute bike ride away. Furthermore, various gyms, daycare centers, and schools are located in the immediate vicinity of Dialogue.
In total, Dialogue features 110 owner-occupied homes, all located in the highest tower. In addition, there are 123 social rental homes, 197 mid-rent homes, and 42 care apartments. These will become available at a later stage. The ground floor will provide space for amenities and (small) businesses. Construction of Dialogue is well underway. Completion is expected in the summer of 2027.
