The 125 apartments are approximately 65 square meters in size and feature a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Most apartments have two bedrooms. Delivery includes a complete bathroom (with shower). A voucher of 5,130 euros (including VAT) is available for the kitchen, to be spent exclusively at Eigenhuis Keukens. For that amount, a kitchen has been designed that completely suits your apartment. For an additional charge, you can also choose an alternative. The kitchen will be installed after delivery. Good to know: the building is equipped with an elevator.
No matter which apartment you buy, you’ll always have your own outdoor space (balcony or loggia) accessible from the living room. For even more outdoor space, there’s the communal rooftop garden on the fifth floor. There’s also a nature playground on the ground-floor parking deck. Speaking of parking: EASE will have a shared bike and scooter parking area, a separate area for cargo bikes, and an underground parking garage for cars. Car-sharing vehicles are available there, and you can purchase your own parking space, though the number of spaces is limited. Street parking is not allowed. The municipality does not issue parking permits here.
EASE homes are energy-efficient. Partly thanks to excellent insulation, solar panels on the roofs, heat recovery, and underfloor heating, they have an energy label of A++/A+++. This ensures greater comfort and—with normal usage—lower energy costs. This also gives you more financial leeway for the purchase. In addition to 125 condos for sale, EASE will also feature 53 single-family homes for sale, each with a lovely garden and a private parking space. You don’t see that very often in Amsterdam anymore! Especially when you consider that these aren’t just row houses, but also semi-detached homes. The living areas range from about 100 to 130 square meters. These homes are expected to go on sale in the middle of this year (2026). The Prices are not yet known.
EASE will soon be built on Elsrijkdreef in the new residential neighborhood of Barrio Lobi, in the E-neighborhood East in Amsterdam Southeast. That is on the border with the Holland Park district in Diemen. Barrio Lobi will feature owner-occupied and rental homes for people in various stages of life. Think of first-time buyers. Or young families looking for more space. Or seniors who want to live comfortably on a single level with the convenience of an elevator. The variety in the housing supply not only creates a nice mix of residents. It also makes it easier for you to move on to another home within the neighborhood later. The plan for this new residential area was partly created through the participation and involvement of the neighborhood.

Between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., you can review all available sales information and ask questions of the developer, real estate agents, the builder, the kitchen specialist, the buyer’s advisor, and a financial advisor from Rabobank. You’ll also receive a brochure. Coming by car? You can park for free at the construction site. Registration is available via the project site and begins on Saturday, March 7, also at 1:00 p.m. Don't wait too long; the registration period closes on Wednesday, March 18, at 12:00 p.m. After that, the allocation process will take place.
Would you like priority in the allocation process? Then have your bank perform a (free) financial check. This demonstrates that you can finance the home(s) you have in mind. You upload this statement during the registration process. Important: a self-occupancy obligation applies to the homes in EASE. This fosters a stronger connection between the residents and the neighborhood, as well as with each other. Buying and renting it out immediately is possible, but only to first-degree family members, such as your son or daughter.
