Start of sale event for single-family homes (including semi-detached homes) EASE in Amsterdam-Southeast:

  • Date and time: Saturday, June 6 (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
  • Program: Information about the homes + questions for the sales team, buyer guidance, Rabobank financial advisor, kitchen supplier, and builder. Also: delicious coffee (Coffee on Wheels) and snacks. Soccer balls will be given to children! And... you can with a VR headset Check out your future neighborhood!
  • Where: Elsrijkdreef, Amsterdam-Southeast (construction site). Traffic controllers are present.
  • Parking: free at the construction site. There is also ample parking directly at the sales event.

What kind of single-family homes will be available in Phase 2 of EASE?

The housing offered in this second phase of EASE consists of three types of single-family homes: Parkrand terraced houses (21 homes), Erf terraced houses (26 homes), and Egoli semi-detached houses (6 homes). A brief overview:

Parkrand: Row houses with two outdoor spaces, park views

These two-story family homes are approximately 100 square meters in size. Downstairs you'll find a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom. You look out onto a park and have two outdoor spaces: a loggia (enclosed) and a garden. Adjacent to the house, you have your own parking space under a wooden pergola. Need extra space? Then opt for a roof extension of approximately 30 square meters. The prices: from approximately 525,000 euros (including costs for the buyer), excluding ground lease and any roof extension.

Row houses on a quiet courtyard, expansion possible

These two-story terraced homes are also approximately 100 square meters in size. They are located on a quiet, car-free courtyard where children can play safely. Downstairs, you have a living room with an open kitchen, and upstairs, three bedrooms and the bathroom. Need more space? Opt for a roof extension of approximately 29 square meters and/or an extension of 5.8 or 11.6 square meters. You have your own parking space at (or near) your home. Prices: starting from approximately 525,000 euros (including legal costs, excluding ground lease and any roof or further extensions).

Egoli: Duplex homes with plenty of space and possibilities

These three-story homes are approximately 130 square meters in size. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen downstairs and three bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, there is space for a fourth bedroom. Naturally, you can also use one or more bedrooms for work, study, or hobbies. You have a wide garden facing southeast and park your car in the driveway next to your house. Need more living space? Then opt for an extension of approximately 6 square meters. Purchase prices start at approximately 650,000 euros (including costs), excluding leasehold and any extension.

Delivery of homes including bathroom + kitchen voucher

The terraced houses and semi-detached houses in EASE are delivered with a complete bathroom (with shower). A voucher is available for the kitchen, which can be spent at the project's kitchen supplier. There is a sample kitchen that perfectly fits your home. For an additional charge, you can choose an alternative. The kitchen will be installed after completion.

Excellent energy performance: lower energy costs, more comfort.

How are the energy performances? Excellent. Thanks in part to good insulation, solar panels, heat recovery, an air/water heat pump, and underfloor heating, the homes have energy labels A+++/A++++. This ensures more comfort and – with normal consumption – lower energy costs. And you can also borrow more.

Apartments still available in EASE, starting from 339,132 euros

The new construction project EASE is rising on the Elsrijkdreef in the new neighborhood Barrio Lobi in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Phase 1 (125 apartments) recently went on sale. In this phase, apartments with one, two, or three rooms and an outdoor space are still available. The living areas range from approximately 63 to 67 square meters. Prices vary from €339,132 to €349,133 (including costs for the buyer), excluding ground lease. The building will have elevators, shared storage for bicycles and cargo bikes, an underground parking garage for cars (limited spaces, not included in the purchase price), and a rooftop garden.
