The apartments in EASE have living areas of approximately 65 square meters. You have a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and one or two bedrooms. And most apartments feature a south-facing balcony that spans the width of the home. Delivery includes a complete bathroom (with a shower). For the kitchen, a voucher of 5,130 euros (including VAT) is available, to be spent exclusively at Eigenhuis Keukens. For that amount, a kitchen with built-in appliances has been designed that completely suits your apartment. For an additional charge, you can also choose an alternative. The kitchen will be installed after delivery. Good to know: the building is equipped with an elevator.
No matter which apartment you buy, you’ll always have your own outdoor space (balcony or loggia) accessible from the living room. For even more outdoor space, there’s the communal rooftop garden on the fifth floor. There’s also a nature playground on the ground-floor parking deck. Speaking of parking: EASE will have a shared bike and scooter parking area, a separate area for cargo bikes, and an underground parking garage for cars. Car-sharing vehicles are available there, and you can purchase your own parking space, though the number of spaces is limited. Street parking is not allowed. The municipality does not issue parking permits here.
