Charming and comfortable living, with restaurants, monumental buildings, two parks, and the Amstel river nearby. This is possible in the new construction project Hibi in the Amstel Quarter in Amsterdam. Hibi will feature 123 apartments, including twenty owner-occupied apartments with living areas ranging from approximately 90 to 130 square meters. Sales will start this first quarter. Price ranges vary from 793,000 to 1,185,000 euros (free of property transfer tax/costs included). Sign up and stay tuned.
Hibi consists of five buildings surrounding a lovely inner courtyard. The twenty owner-occupied apartments are located in two of those buildings. Corner building GURiiN will house twelve apartments ranging from approximately 90 to 104 square meters. Building MiGOTO comprises eight residences: six apartments of about 90 to 93 square meters and two spacious maisonettes (two-level apartments) of approximately 130 square meters.
Each apartment in Hibi consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and two or three bedrooms, which can also be used as offices or hobby rooms. In some apartments, you can opt for a larger living room and one less bedroom. Most apartments have a loggia (enclosed outdoor space) at the front. At the rear, they all have an additional outdoor space, as part of the gallery. From this spot, you have a view of the inner courtyard.
Hibi's two maisonettes are in a league of their own. These two-story homes have a space of approximately thirty square meters on the ground floor, which you can easily use as an office or studio. However, you can also turn it into a spacious kitchen-diner. The living room, bathroom, and three bedrooms are located on the first floor. You can also opt for a larger living room and two bedrooms. Like most of the apartments, the maisonettes have two outdoor spaces: a loggia at the front, and a section of the gallery at the rear (with a view of the courtyard garden).
The apartments in Hibi are very energy efficient. This is thanks to (among other things) solar panels, excellent insulation, a heat pump, and heat recovery. This saves on your energy bill and you can also borrow more.
The owner-occupied homes are delivered with high-quality sanitary facilities and attractive tiling from a selection package in the bathroom and toilet. Furthermore, the purchase price includes a provisional sum for the kitchen. This gives you complete freedom to choose a kitchen to your own taste.
Hibi rises in the Amstelkwartier on the bend of the Amstel in Amsterdam EastSoon, you will live here between a car-free shopping street (which will also feature a supermarket) and a lively urban street, with offices, shops, and spaces for things like yoga studios and gyms. The arrival of Hibi is part of the transformation of the Amstelkwartier into a dynamic urban district, which has been underway for years. Around 1,600 homes have now been built, with more continually being added. Residents live in a neighborhood that already features numerous eye-catchers and hotspots. These include the monumental buildings of the former Zuidergasfabriek, a historic water tower, two marinas, trendy restaurants, inspiring art galleries, two parks, and a walking route along the tranquil waters of the Amstel. And all of that within cycling distance of Amsterdam's city center.
The sales of the twenty owner-occupied apartments in Hibi will start this first quarter. Would you like to stay informed? Sign up via the project site as an interested party, you will stay informed. You will also automatically hear when sales begin. In addition to twenty owner-occupied apartments, Hibi will also feature 103 mid-priced rental homes. Those will only become available when completion is in sight.
