Are you looking for a spacious apartment in Amsterdam, with restaurants, monumental buildings, two parks and the Amstel River just around the corner? Then the new development Hibi is for you. Hibi has 20 resale apartments ranging from approximately 90 to 130 square meters around a large, lush inner garden. The prices of the apartments still available start at 800,000 euros (incl. VAT), based on annual ground rent. Find out all about it at the Informatiemarkt Overamstel on Saturday 31 October.
Hibi consists of five buildings with 123 apartments around a large, lush inner garden. There you can enjoy the greenery, the sun and the fresh air, meet your neighbors and let your children play safely. The twenty resale apartments (eighteen one-story apartments and two maisonettes) are located in two of those buildings: corner building GURiiN and building MiGOTO. Both buildings are rising on Nooit Dorstraat. The first homes have already been sold or are subject to option. In short, the remaining housing supply:

The remaining apartments at Hibi have three or four rooms and living areas of approximately 90 to 104 square meters. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen and two or three bedrooms, which you can also use as work or hobby spaces. Some apartments allow you to choose between a larger living room and fewer bedrooms. Most apartments have two (!) outdoor spaces: an indoor outdoor space (loggia) at the front and a second outdoor space at the back. From that spot, you have a view of the interior garden. Prices range from 800,000 to 965,000 euros (VAT included), based on annual payment of the fee.
The Hibi maisonnettes are located in the MiGOTO building. These two-story homes are approximately 130 square meters in size. On the ground floor, there is a space of about 30 square meters, which can be perfectly used as an office or studio. Or as a spacious kitchen-diner. The living room, bathroom, and three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Another layout, with a larger living room and one fewer bedroom, is also possible. The maisonnettes also have a loggia at the front and a second outdoor space at the rear. Prices range from 1,110,000 to 1,135,000 euros (including costs), based on annual ground lease payments.
The homes will be delivered with high-quality sanitary ware and attractive tiling (from a selection package) in the bathroom and toilet. The purchase prices also include an allowance of 12,500 euros for the kitchen. For the maisonettes, this allowance is 15,000 euros. This gives you complete freedom to choose a kitchen to your own taste.
The apartments and maisonettes in Hibi are very energy-efficient. This is thanks to (among other things) solar panels, excellent insulation, a ground-source heat pump, and heat recovery. This saves you money on your energy bills and you can borrow even more money. It’s worth knowing: each property has a private bicycle storage room under the building. For your car, you can rent a parking space in the underground parking garage.
