There will also be 2-story maisonettes and various types of apartments of different sizes. The buildings on Libau Island are nowhere higher than four floors.
Phase 2: City side:
Phase 2A in Libau Island, consists of 20 homes on the city side which have now been completed. The sale of phase - 2B, where 27 homes belonging to it is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2024.
