The owner-occupied apartments in the first phase of Dialogue are located in the tallest tower, on the ninth through the twelfth floor. Because of this, you have a great view of the surrounding area and the city. These are two- and three-room apartments ranging from approximately 43 to 78 square meters. The homes will be delivered with a modern bathroom and a stunning SieMatic kitchen, including Siemens appliances and a Bora cooktop. Most apartments feature a private balcony or loggia.
