EASE, Amsterdam-Zuidoost: 125 apartments and 53 single-family houses with garden and private parking

EASE's 125 apartments are about 65 square meters and all have private balconies. There is also a communal roof garden. The purchase prices are approximately 349,000 euros (v.o.n.), excluding ground rent. Construction of the apartments is expected to start in mid-September (2026). EASE will also have 53 single-family homes. These are sustainable row houses and semi-detached houses. The living areas range from about 100 to 130 square meters. Prices for the single-family homes are not yet known.

Housing for people at different stages of life

EASE is rising in the new residential neighborhood of Barrio Lobi, in the E-neighborhood East in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. This is on the border with the urban neighborhood of Holland Park in Diemen. In Barrio Lobi there will be housing for sale and for rent for people in different stages of life. Think starters, young families looking for more space and older people who want to live comfortably and at ground level with the convenience of an elevator. The different housing types in this area development make it possible to move on to another home within the neighborhood. The plan for this new residential neighborhood is partly based on participation and involvement of the neighborhood.
