The still available three-room apartments have living areas of approximately 60 to 74 square meters. You have a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a balcony. Prices range from 420,370 to 491,426 euros (subject to buyer's costs / free on board).
The homes will be delivered including a complete bathroom. The prices are based on an annual ground lease canon, although that amount is relatively low. Depending on the home, these amounts range from 690 to 916 euros per year (at the current price level). You can purchase a parking space for your home in the underground garage, optionally with a charging station. However, the number of available spaces is limited..
Good to know: for quite a few homes in Fusion you can apply for a mortgage with NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee). That gives you a lower interest rate. In addition, you have the certainty that your remaining debt will be paid off if you can no longer pay your housing costs (through no fault of your own).
