SPOT: six residential towers at or near Hondsrugpark in Amsterdam

SPOT consists of six residential towers on or near the (yet to be constructed) Hondsrug Park in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Two of those buildings contain apartments for sale, and the other towers consist of rental units. Many apartments have already been rented out, and a significant number are also already occupied. However, two- and three-room apartments are still available in the Hazel, Aurelia, Scarlet, and Terra towers.

New construction rental apartments SPOT: for singles, couples, and small households

The apartments still available have rental prices starting from 1,520 euros per month, excluding service charges. They are particularly popular with singles, couples, and small households. The living areas range from approximately 54 to 102 square meters. You'll have plenty of space, especially in the three-room apartments, even if you want to use one of the bedrooms as a home office, hobby room, or guest room.

More reasons to choose a rental apartment in SPOT

But there are more reasons why the rental apartments in SPOT are attractive:

• Your own outdoor space: you have your own patio, balcony, or loggia; your place to enjoy some time outside.
• Choosing your favorite view: depending on the location of your apartment, you can look out onto the vibrancy of the city or onto the (future) Hondsrugpark.
• Complete and beautifully finished: the apartments are delivered with a complete kitchen with built-in appliances, a stylish bathroom (and toilet), and walls ready for wallpaper. The Friends apartments (available in Hazel building) are three-room apartments that you rent together with a friend, colleague, acquaintance, or family member. In a Friends apartment, you have your own bedroom and bathroom. You share the living room, kitchen, and outdoor space. A major advantage, of course, is that you only pay half of the rent and service charges. Another advantage is that you always have the choice between privacy and company. You can read how this works contractually in the FAQs on the project website. The rental prices for the still available Friends apartments start at 1,980 euros per month, excluding service charges. So, you'll pay half of that!

Living in SPOT: urban amenities at your fingertips

SPOT is part of the developing city district Hondsrugpark. Where currently mostly offices stand, in the near future you will walk past eateries, coffee bars, meeting spaces, co-working spaces, a gym, a supermarket, a specialty store, and maybe even a spa. All just around the corner. As well as a primary school and a daycare center. And a little further away, you have the Amsterdamse Poort shopping center. Or go all out during concerts at Afas Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Also nearby: Peakz, for a fun game of padel.

Excellent public transportation connections

Do you prefer to go downtown amsterdam anyway? Then catch the train, subway or bus at nearby Bijlmer-Arena Station. That's about an eight-minute walk away. The metro also stops even closer: at Station Bullewijk (about a six-minute walk).
