Apartments in Amsterdam with two outdoor spaces

Each apartment in Hibi consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen and two or three bedrooms, which can also be used as offices or hobby rooms. In some apartments, you can opt for a larger living room and one less bedroom. Most apartments have a loggia (enclosed outdoor space) at the front. At the rear, they all have an additional outdoor space, as part of the gallery. From this spot, you have a view of the inner courtyard.

Maisonettes: living in Amsterdam with an office or studio on the ground floor

Hibi's two maisonnettes have a space of approximately thirty square meters on the ground floor, which can be very well used as an office or studio. Or as a spacious eat-in kitchen. The living room, bathroom, and three bedrooms are located on the first floor. A different layout, with a larger living room and one less bedroom, is also possible. Like most apartments, the maisonnettes have two outdoor spaces: a loggia at the front, and a part of the gallery at the rear (with a view of the courtyard garden).

Hibi: energy-efficient living in Amsterdam

The apartments and maisonettes in Hibi are very energy-efficient. This is thanks to (among other things) solar panels, excellent insulation, a ground source heat pump, and heat recovery. This will save you money on your energy bill and you can also borrow more.

Delivery including a complete bathroom, provision for a kitchen

The homes will be delivered with high-quality sanitary ware and attractive tiling (from a selection package) in the bathroom and toilet. The purchase prices also include an allowance of 12,500 euros for the kitchen. For the maisonettes, this allowance is 15,000 euros. This gives you complete freedom to choose a kitchen to your own taste.

Bicycle storage and car parking basement

Each owner-occupied apartment has a private bicycle storage room beneath the building. You can rent a parking space for your car in the underground parking garage.

Amstelkwartier: vibrant city district on the waterfront, a bike ride from Amsterdam Center

Hibi rises in the Amstelkwartier on the bend of the Amstel in Amsterdam EastYou will soon live here between a car-free shopping street (with a supermarket) and a lively city street, with offices, shops, and for example, a yoga studio or gym. The arrival of Hibi is part of the transformation of the Amstelkwartier into a dynamic urban district. Around 1,600 homes have now been built, and more are being added all the time. The district is therefore popular, partly because numerous eye-catchers and hotspots are already present. Such as the monumental buildings of the former Zuidergasfabriek, a historic water tower, two marinas, trendy restaurants, inspiring art galleries, two parks, and a walking route along the Amstel. And all of this within cycling distance of the center of Amsterdam.
