Osselandwerf: living in a low-traffic neighborhood, starting from 449,900 euros

The housing selection at Osselandwerf is varied. Yet, thanks to the traditional, recognizable Marken architectural style, there is a strong sense of cohesion and unity. The 21 homes form their own low-traffic neighborhood, surrounded by meadows. Prices start at 449,900 euros (free of transfer tax / v.o.n.). An overview of the available homes:

  • 8 semi-detached houses (family homes in rows of four) with living areas ranging from approximately 99 to about 123 square meters.
  • 9 three-in-a-row single-family homes (family homes in rows of three) with living areas of approximately 104 to 119 square meters.
  • 2 semi-detached houses with living areas of approximately 102 square meters.
  • 2 specials (semi-detached, perpendicular to each other) with living areas of approximately 126 and 142 square meters.

In all homes on the Osselandwerf, the living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. On the upper floor are three (in some cases two) bedrooms and the bathroom. There is also a large storage attic. Depending on the home, this is accessible via a loft ladder or a fixed staircase. Furthermore, every house has a private terrace.

Energy-efficient and comfortable, completion including luxury bathroom

Thanks to a ground-source heat pump, excellent insulation, HR++ glass, heat recovery ventilation, and underfloor heating, you will live here very energy-efficiently and comfortably. Good to know: the facade cladding is low-maintenance and delivery includes a luxury and complete bathroom (and toilet) by Villeroy & Boch.

't Eilandhart, Osselandwerf: new residential neighborhood with an intimate atmosphere

For centuries, Marken was an island in the Zuiderzee (now the IJsselmeer and Markermeer), which was regularly battered by floods. The people of Marken therefore built their houses on mounds, also known as 'werven'. Close together, with only narrow streets, alleys, and small squares in between. That intimate atmosphere will also make a complete return in this new phase of 't Eilandhart. In fact, although the threat of water is no longer there, the new homes will be built on a newly constructed mound, hence the name Osselandwerf.

Marker architecture in ’t Eilandhart: black and green facade cladding, red tiles, ridge decorations

The architecture is also completely inspired by the island. You see black and green cladding, long roofs with (mostly) red tiles, small dormer windows, white window frames, windows with muntin bars, and wooden ridge decorations. The private terraces are designed in such a way that they form a seamless whole with the public space on the yard. This enhances the uniform appearance of the neighborhood.
