Amsterdams Noorden offers you the opportunity to buy a new-build home with special architecture in Amsterdam, in a quiet and village-like environment with lots of greenery. Nearby are shops for daily shopping, a doctor's practice, and various sports facilities. The nature reserve of Het Twiske is within cycling distance, just outside the A10.
The two-story single-family homes come in two types: sturdy barn-style houses (with facades of black wood) and elegant Nordic homes (green wood, red brick, and lots of glass at the back). The barn-style houses are about 138 square meters in size. They have three bedrooms and an attached storage room. The Nordic homes are about 161 square meters larger. In these homes, too, you have three bedrooms. The storage room is outside the house. The purchase prices range from 1,035,000 to 1,195,000 euros (VAT included). The homes are on their own land, so you don’t have to pay ground rent.
The apartments come in two variants: one-level homes of approximately 117 square meters and two-level homes of about 143 square meters. Basically, they all have two bedrooms, but you can also choose to have three bedrooms as an option. Each apartment has an attached balcony or terrace. The properties are on private land, so you do not pay ground rent.
The homes in Amsterdam North are sustainable and very energy-efficient (energy label A+++), thanks in part to excellent insulation, an air-to-water heat pump, solar panels, and underfloor heating.
