The housing supply in Tolhuiskade phase 2: spacious single-family homes and three-story townhouses

Tolhuiskade is located on the Tolhuiskanaal in BuiksloterhamThis part of the city is gradually transforming from a port zone into a circular urban district where you live, work, and relax. Much of the new construction here is built by self-builders, often by building groups and housing cooperatives. This creates a strong bond between the residents and their place, and also provides a lot of variety in the development. Although no self-build projects are currently taking place in Tolhuiskade, this fits the area perfectly. The housing supply in phase 2 is therefore very diverse:

If you need space:
4 single-family homes and 1 three-story apartment

For those in need of space, there are four spacious single-family homes and a three-story top floor apartment. The living areas range from approximately 148 to 190 square meters. Each home has something special to offer. For example, a staircase that bathes in natural light, a spacious garden, two bathrooms, a charming patio, a split-level floor, or a lovely roof terrace. These homes are three- or four-story buildings and have at least four or five rooms. The purchase price starts at 1,125,000 euros (VAT included). This price includes fifty years of purchased ground lease and two private parking spaces.

If you choose atmosphere:
4 spacious single-family homes made of wood

Do you love atmosphere and warmth and are you committed to sustainability and circularity? And do you also need a lot of space? Then choose one of the four wooden family homes. These four-story homes measure approximately 172 square meters and have five rooms and three outdoor spaces, including a veranda and a garden. From the garden you have a view of the green inner courtyard. The prices start at 1,289,000 euros (VAT included), including fifty years of purchased ground lease and two private parking spaces.

If you like to organize yourself:
3 three-story residential buildings

Then there are the three-story upper floors, which you could just as well call ‘elevated family homes’. The living areas are approximately 106, 107 and 112 square meters. With the entrance on the ground floor, you have on the first floor all the space for your living dreams: a spacious living kitchen? Or just all the space to lounge with a king-size sofa? It’s possible. This floor feels extra spacious thanks to the access to your roof terrace. The second floor offers space for three bedrooms and the bathroom. The purchase prices: starting from 885,000 euros (incl. fifty years of purchased ground lease and one private parking space).
