Spacious detached and semi-detached newly built waterfront villas, within cycling distance of a stunning nature reserve. Is that possible in Amsterdam? Absolutely! In the quiet Kadoelen neighborhood in Amsterdam North six of these types of homes will go on sale on Saturday, September 20. The indicative price is between approximately 1.1 and 1.6 million euros (free of transfer tax). The homes are on private land, so you do not pay ground lease. The name of this special project: Hendrickshof.
Hendrickshof is rising on Hendrik Soeteboomstraat in Amsterdam Noord and consists of two detached villas and four semi-detached villas. The characteristics of both property types in brief:
There is plenty of room to realize your own living wishes. Would you like a larger bathroom, for example? Or two instead of three bedrooms? It is all possible. Together with Livingstone Architecture, you tailor the home completely to your needs and wishes. And it doesn't stop there. Because afterwards you will speak with an interior designer to map out your interior design wishes. These are then developed into various "packages," afterizing you to choose the best option. You are therefore completely taken care of and do not have to do much more than indicate your living wishes.
The villas of Hendrickshof are sustainable, circular and highly energy-efficient. During construction, for example, sustainable wood is used. The insulation is excellent, there are solar panels on the roofs and the homes will be equipped with a heat pump. That all saves on your energy bill and you can also borrow more for the purchase of the home.
The six homes will be built in the quiet Amsterdam neighborhood of Kadoelen, so inside the ring road. This neighborhood is characterized by characteristic 1930s homes, charming dike houses, modern new construction, and greenery and water. In the immediate vicinity, you also have all kinds of amenities. Think of shopping centers (such as Banne, Boven ’t Y, and Molenwijk), various schools, numerous sports clubs (tennis, hockey, football, baseball, and rugby), and a gym. Within cycling distance, on the other side of the A10, lies the beautiful nature and recreation area Het Twiske. There you can enjoy wonderful walking, cycling, and nature.
The rest of the city is not far away either. A twelve-minute bike ride takes you to the metro, allowing you to travel to (for example) the city center in a short time. If you prefer to go there by ferry, that is also possible. A fifteen-minute bike ride and you can step on board. By the way, for major cultural and culinary attractions, you can also visit Noord itself. Think of the EYE Filmmuseum, the A’DAM Tower, and the NDSM district, with its trendy restaurants and many festivals.
The six detached and semi-detached villas of Hendrickshof in Amsterdam Noord will go on sale on Saturday, September 20, during an event at Ramón Mossel Makelaardij at A.J. Ernststraat 555 in Amsterdam. From 12:00 to 14:00, you can speak with the sales team there and ask all your questions about the homes. From that moment on, you can – via the project site – register for the homes. Would you like to stay informed about the latest news? Then sign up as an interested party, also via the project website.
