The housing supply in ONE50 therefore consists of 72 newly built apartments: eighteen studios, 36 three-room apartments and eighteen four-room apartments. These are energy-efficient homes with underfloor heating. As a result, you not only have more living comfort, but you also save on your energy costs. The studios are approximately 34 square meters in size and very practically laid out. You have an open living space with a sitting, cooking, and sleeping area, a complete bathroom (with toilet), and a utility room with a connection for your washing machine. The studios are ideal for singles and first-time buyers, or as a pied-à-terre. Prices start at 272,000 euros (free of transfer tax / buyer's costs).
The three-room apartments are 56 or 58 square meters in size. In these homes, you have a bright living room with an open kitchen, a balcony, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet (type B3) or a bathroom with a separate toilet (type B2). You can also choose to eliminate one bedroom. With the freed-up space, you can make your living room and/or remaining bedroom larger. The apartments are very suitable for first-time buyers, couples, and small families. The purchase prices: starting from 405,000 euros (free of transfer tax / v.o.n.).
The four-room apartments have living areas ranging from approximately 69 to 80 square meters. Some of these apartments have three bedrooms, but there are also apartments with two bedrooms and a living room with a "kamer en suite." Thanks to sliding doors, you can incorporate the space into your living room or close it off and use it as a study, hobby room, or bedroom. The four-room apartments have a spacious balcony. Prices start at 490,000 euros (free of transfer tax).
All homes in ONE50 are delivered with a complete kitchen and a modern bathroom and toilet. At the THUIS showroom of developer Dura Vermeer, you can customize the kitchen and bathroom to your taste. There you can also arrange the wall and floor finishes, fitted wardrobes, and curtains. Then you just have to place your furniture and you can start living there.
Bonus: you can get a mortgage with NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee) for the studios and three-room apartments in ONE50. That gives you a slightly lower interest rate and offers security. Because if, through no fault of your own, you can no longer pay your mortgage, NHG will take over your residual debt.
ONE50 will soon stand on the corner of IJdoornlaan and Volendammerweg in Amsterdam Noord. Surrounding the complex will be a beautiful park, which is attractively lit in the evening. Even further away are several other parks. Next to the building is Waterlandplein Shopping Centre, with shops for your daily groceries and various specialty stores, such as an Indonesian toko and a Turkish bakery. Furthermore, there are schools, childcare, medical facilities, sports clubs, and restaurants in the area. You do not even have to leave Amsterdam Noord for major culinary and cultural hotspots. Think of the EYE Film Museum, the A'DAM Tower, and NDSM. If you are looking for more peace and space, cycle out of the city. After a few minutes, you will find yourself in the vast polders and wetland areas of Waterland.
Good to know: the bus stops right outside. This makes it very easy to get around by public transport. If you regularly need a car, a limited number of parking spaces are available for purchase in ONE50.
