In addition to the twelve four-square-meter (47 square foot) units, twelve tiny houses will also go on sale on Wednesday, April 16. These are complete two-story homes with one floor, measuring 47 square feet each. On the ground floor you have a living room with an open kitchen, a toilet, and a space for your washing machine. On the first floor you have a bedroom (with a dormer window) and a compact bathroom. This is delivered in the basic shell form. Tiny houses are in demand. Because they are relatively small, they are cheaper, leaving you with money for nice things.
