Nelson Smile Phase 2: Open House on Wednesday, April 9th at Bijlmer Parktheater

The open house is on Wednesday, April 9th and will take place at the Bijlmer Parktheater at Anton de Komplein 240 in Amsterdam. That's next to the construction site. Between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, you can speak with the sales team about the project, the apartments, and the registration process. And because it's lighter longer, you can also explore the immediate surroundings. Then you'll see that with Nelson Smile, you literally live next to Nelson Mandelapark. There's no need to register for the open house.

Nelson Smile: two, three, and four-room apartments in Amsterdam Southeast

Nelson Smile is a hit with singles, couples, and families. You can choose from two-, three-, and four-room apartments with living areas ranging from approximately 54 to around 119 square meters. There are also 'specials.' These are apartments with something unique, such as a stunning rooftop terrace or a special layout.
