Kwadijkerpark, Purmerend: last chance for spacious semi-detached house. Also still some row houses and bungalows available

There are still two spacious semi-detached houses available in the penultimate phase of the Kwadijkerpark new construction project in Purmerend available. These are homes of the Tulpenboom 3 type, with living areas of approximately 156 square meters. Special features of these semi-detached houses are the stylish gable on the street side, the standard extension, and the attractive bay window on the side wall. The purchase prices are 765,000 and 770,000 euros (free of transfer tax). You can also still register for the last terraced houses and life-resistant bungalows (future-proof homes).

Kwadijkerpark, Purmerend: new construction with typical North-Holland architecture

Kwadijkerpark is a new residential area in a park-like setting with mature greenery and a beautiful body of water. Just like in previous phases, the homes in phase 2b have a typical North Holland look and feel: village-like and understated, with muted colors and woodwork on facades here and there. All homes have a wonderful terrace on the park side. This allows you to walk straight from your garden chair into the park. An overview of the available properties:

Abundant living space in complete semi-detached homes

The semi-detached houses of the Tulpenboom 3 type that are still available are therefore approximately 156 square meters in size. The living room (with open-plan kitchen) is exceptionally spacious and features French doors leading to the garden. On the first floor, you have three large bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and bathtub, and a separate (second) toilet. In addition to being used for storage, the open attic is also very well suited as a workspace, hobby room, or playroom. Speaking of the attic: thanks to the gable roof, the attic is extra large and bright, which also gives you more layout options. Style and functionality thus go hand in hand. The homes are delivered with a complete bathroom and kitchen (including built-in appliances). The toilets will also be fully finished upon delivery. As long as construction has not yet started, you have various layout options for the ground floor. Very pleasant: you have a large garden and a private parking space on site. The purchase prices are 765,000 and 770,000 euros (free of property transfer tax/v.o.n.).

Last terraced houses or life-span bungalows

You can still register for the final terraced, end-of-terrace, and life-path-resistant bungalows in phase 2b as well. The terraced and end-of-terrace homes have living areas ranging from approximately 124 to about 144 square meters. Several homes feature a gable roof and therefore an extra-large attic. A nice detail: the playful (yet functional) window shutters. Prices start at 515,000 euros (free on board). The final life-path-resistant homes (future living homes) have two stories and are approximately 120 square meters in size. You have the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you have two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Ideal for guests, though you can also use these rooms for work or hobbies. Prices: from 540,000 euros (free on board). Both the terraced and end-of-terrace homes and the future living homes will be delivered with a complete kitchen and bathroom.

Kwadijkerpark: a great place to live for everyone

Kwadijkerpark, which is located next to the picturesque linear village of Kwadijk in Purmerend, will feature 340 homes, including 240 owner-occupied homes and 100 social rental homes (including apartments). The neighborhood will therefore be a place for everyone. Even so, the project will mainly attract people who love nature and sustainability and have an open character. Incidentally, people already live in Kwadijkerpark, as the Prinsenstichting residential facility is located there. People with intellectual disabilities live there. The interaction that will develop between them and the new residents will create wonderful experiences for everyone.
