Are you looking for a spacious newly built home in a park-like setting? Then the new residential area Kwadijkerpark in Purmerend something for you. There, half an hour from Amsterdam, several semi-detached houses, terraced houses, and corner houses are still available. This concerns phase 3, the final phase of this popular neighborhood. Prices start at 620,000 euros (free of transfer tax). Registration is handled via the project siteDiscover the housing offer and this beautiful neighborhood during the open house on Saturday, June 20 (Day of Construction), between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
The semi-detached houses and townhouses still available feature a village-like and understated architecture. This style is inspired by the traditional North Holland architectural style that is frequently seen in this area. Think of woodwork on the facades, muted colors, white eaves with a decorative finial on the ridge, and playful (yet functional) window shutters. A brief overview of the housing supply still available:
The semi-detached houses still available (house type Plataan) are very spacious: approximately 160 to 170 square meters. At the front is the wide kitchen-diner with space for a large dining table. On the garden side, you have a generous living room with French doors opening onto the terrace. This allows the indoor and outdoor spaces to merge seamlessly. On the first floor, you have three bedrooms, a complete bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double sink, and a separate toilet. The second floor is already laid out with two rooms, which you can use as an extra bedroom, workspace, or studio.
Thanks to the side entrance, the ground floor has a practical and spacious layout, with the staircase centrally located and an interior passage to the attached storage room. Ideal for bicycles or extra storage. You can park on your own property. You have two parking spaces under a carport with solar panels. This also allows you to generate sustainable energy. Prices range from 840,000 to 860,000 euros (free of transfer tax).
The still available terraced and corner houses have living areas of approximately 125 to 142 square meters and five or six rooms. On the ground floor you have the living room with open kitchen, and French doors to the back garden. The first floor offers space for three bedrooms and the bathroom. The attic is, depending on the house type, large enough for one or two extra rooms. A portion of the still available terraced houses standardly features an extension. These are the so-called specials. The purchase prices of the still available terraced and corner houses range from 620,000 to 655,000 euros (free of transfer costs / v.o.n.).
All homes in phase 3 will be delivered with a modern SieMatic kitchen (including appliances) and attractive sanitary ware and tiling in the toilet and bathroom(s). These are included in the purchase price.
Kwadijkerpark, which is located next to the charming linear village of Kwadijk in Purmerend, will feature 340 homes, including 240 owner-occupied homes and 100 social rental homes (including apartments). The neighborhood will therefore become a place for a wide variety of target groups. Incidentally, even before this new residential area was planned, people already lived here, as the Prinsenstichting is located there. This is a residential facility for people with an intellectual disability.
Kwadijkerpark is within cycling distance of the historic center of Purmerend, with its cozy shopping streets, lively café terraces, and authentic squares. In the immediate vicinity, you will find beautiful nature reserves and the IJsselmeer. At the same time, it is only a half-hour drive to Amsterdam. This allows you to combine the best of both worlds: a quiet, green residential environment and the dynamism of the city.
Are you interested in one of the homes still available in this final phase of Kwadijkerpark in Purmerend? Then come to the open house at the construction site on Saturday, June 20, during the Day of Construction. You will receive information about the homes and can speak with the sales team. Furthermore, there will be (among other things) traditional Dutch games, carriage rides, and a poffertjes (mini Dutch pancakes) stall. You are welcome between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM and do not need to register.
Have you got your eye on a property and don't want to wait until June 20th? Then read more about it from the supply page On the project website, create an account and register. One of the real estate agents will then contact you for the next steps. Good to know: some of the still available homes are under option. You can also register for those homes. You will then be placed on the reserve list. If an option lapses, you may still be eligible for that home.
