This style is inspired by the traditional North Holland architectural style that is frequently seen in this area. The semi-detached houses still available (house type Plataan) are very spacious: approximately 160 to 170 square meters. At the front is the wide kitchen-diner with space for a large dining table. On the garden side, you have a generous living room with French doors opening onto the terrace. This allows the indoor and outdoor spaces to merge seamlessly. On the first floor, you have three bedrooms, a complete bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double sink, and a separate toilet.
