Living in a park-like setting with a lovely water feature and mature trees. It is possible in the new residential area Kwadijkerpark in Purmerend, half an hour from Amsterdam. Phase 3 is now on sale. This final phase features 52 homes: terraced houses, future-living homes, semi-detached houses, and detached villas. Prices start at 565,000 euros (free on board). Some of these are entirely new housing types that you haven't seen yet in this popular neighborhood. Registration is handled via the project siteOn Saturday, November 1st, you can address any questions you may have to the sales team during a Meet & Greet.
The new home types in phase 3 of Kwadijkerpark are Plataan (semi-detached houses of approximately 160 square meters with a side entrance) and Zomereik (detached villas of approximately 194 square meters).
Phase 3 will add ten homes of the Plataan type (the new semi-detached model). A special feature of these homes is the side entrance and the U-shaped floor plan, with the staircase centrally located in the house. On the ground floor, this staircase marks the connection between the living room and the kitchen. On the upper floors, the bedrooms are arranged around the staircase (with the landing). You have five of them: three on the first floor (where you also have your bathroom with a bathtub), and two on the second floor. Furthermore, you will enjoy a spacious garden and two parking spaces under a carport. Prices start at 840,000 euros (free of property transfer tax/costs).
Of the Zomereik house type (detached villa), this final phase adds three. The layout is similar to that of the semi-detached houses: the stairs in the center, the rooms surrounding them. The big difference is the amount of space. While the semi-detached houses are already quite large, the detached villas are truly XXL. All rooms are larger, a handsome bay window gives your living room even more space (and atmosphere), and you have a second bathroom. And then that garden surrounding your house: what a space! Also plenty of room for two parking spaces on your own property. You have even more outdoor space on the roof of your bay window. This lovely balcony can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. The purchase prices: from 1,000,000 euros (free of property transfer tax).
In addition to the new home types, phase 3 also features the bestsellers from the earlier phases of Kwadijkerpark. These include single-family homes of the Bandwilg, Boswilg, and Laurierwilg types, future living homes of the Magnolia type, compact semi-detached homes of the Tulpenboom type, and spacious semi-detached homes of the Waterlinde type. Prices start at 565,000 euros (free of property transfer tax/costs).
Regardless of the housing type, the architecture is village-like and understated, inspired by the traditional North Holland architectural style often seen in Broek in Waterland, Kwadijk, and the Beemster. Think of woodwork on the facades, muted colors, and white roof trims.
All homes in phase 3 will be delivered with a modern kitchen (including appliances) and attractive sanitary facilities and tiling in the toilet and bathroom(s). These are included in the purchase price. In addition, there is plenty of room for personal choices, for example for a different layout or an extension.
Kwadijkerpark, which is located next to the charming linear village of Kwadijk in Purmerend, will feature 340 homes, including 240 owner-occupied homes and 100 social rental homes (including apartments). The neighborhood will therefore become a place for a wide variety of target groups. Incidentally, even before this new residential area was planned, people already lived here, as the Prinsenstichting is located there. This is a residential facility for people with an intellectual disability.
Kwadijkerpark is within cycling distance of the historic center of Purmerend, with its cozy shopping streets, lively café terraces, and authentic squares. In the immediate vicinity, you will find beautiful nature reserves and the IJsselmeer. At the same time, it is only a half-hour drive to Amsterdam. This allows you to combine the best of both worlds: a quiet, green residential environment and the dynamism of the city.
