Would you like to build your own dream home in Assendelft? Then this is your chance! The sale of phase 2 has started. The building plots are located in the north of the Kreekrijk neighborhood in Assendelft. Here you will live beautifully in a green environment with the polder as your backyard. In phase 2, 18 plots ranging from 375 m² to approximately 853 m² are being offered. All plots are located directly on the water and have a garden facing southeast or northwest.

Building your own home is a dream for many. The choice is yours! On all plots, creating a custom design together with your architect/contractor is possible. The project website and brochure indicate per plot which of the 8 preliminary designs is deemed suitable to be built there. Naturally, there are a number of requirements regarding the appearance of the homes, such as architecture, use of color, and practical matters like parking.
