We are proud to introduce Bloom to you! A delightful neighborhood in Haarlem with beautiful homes that stand out because of their high-quality finishes. Homes where sustainable use of energy and the climate is paramount. And all this in a child-friendly neighborhood centrally located in the city.

Accessibility
Near Bloom, there are several bus stops that are in direct connection with the Haarlem train station. There are frequent trains between Haarlem and surrounding major cities (every 10-15 minutes), as well as fast bus connections to Amsterdam, Leiden and Schiphol Airport. Haarlem is therefore excellent to reach by public transport.

Coming to the center by bike? Then it will only take you 10 minutes and you can park your bike for free during the day in one of the guarded and covered bike sheds on Botermarkt, Smedestraat or Tempelierstraat. At the station you can use the bicycle shelter.

Do you often travel by car? Then too you benefit from a short distance of only 5 km to the motorway. Via the A200, the N205 and the N208, traffic from the highways drives smoothly into town to one of the many parking options in the center. In addition, Bloemendaal aan Zee is only 15 min away by car!

Facilities
In the Indian neighborhood, all amenities are close by! About 5 minutes away is Soendaplein, where you can find daily groceries. If you go a little more towards the center, you will find yourself in the street Julianapark where you will also find lifestyle, drugstores and (takeaway) restaurants!

In addition, Haarlem also has its famous cozy center which is about 10 minutes away. Should you miss anything at Soendaplein, you can always go here! All amenities close to home!

Spacious homes
This plan is still under development. However, we would like to share what we are currently thinking about when developing this plan. We are thinking of townhouses, townhouses, patio houses and rental apartments. In addition, there will be ample parking. So there is something for everyone!

Parking
Because we want the neighborhood to be spacious, there is also ample opportunity for parking. The plan includes lockable parking spaces under the deck and parking spaces in the public space. Park near your home so you don't have to walk far with your groceries! Fortunately, there is more than enough parking space.
