Bloom, Haarlem: new-build apartments and penthouses in residential tower

The apartments in Bloom that are currently in PreSale are all located in the tower of the project. These involve various types, with different dimensions. A brief overview:

• Three-room apartments with living areas of approximately 83 and 89 square meters and a loggia. Purchase prices: from 495,948 euros (free of property transfer tax/costs).
• Terrace apartments with living areas ranging from approximately 99 to 131 square meters, three or four rooms, and a spacious terrace. Prices: from 690,000 to 940,000 euros (free of tax/costs).
• Penthouses with living areas of approximately 152 and 158 square meters, three or four rooms, and a spacious roof terrace of approximately 89 square meters. Prices: from 1,400,000 to 1,445,000 euros (free of transfer tax / turnkey).

Also two-story ground-floor and upper-floor apartments and a 'special' with a roof terrace in Bloom

In another building of Bloom, homes are also on PreSale. These are two-story ground floor and upper apartments, also known as Park residences. One of them is very special. A brief overview:

• Park residences downstairs (ground floor and first floor) with living spaces of approximately 74 square meters, three rooms, a utility room, and a garden. Prices: from 405,000 euros (free on board / home-owner's costs included).

Delivery including complete bathroom, many homes with parking space

All homes currently in PreSale will be delivered with a fully equipped bathroom and a separate toilet. The bathroom and toilet are fitted with high-quality sanitary ware and attractive wall and floor tiles. This is included in the purchase price. Furthermore, all rooms feature underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. Each home includes a storage area to park your bicycle(s). After your registration, you will receive an intake form, which serves (in part) as a financial check. If that check shows that you should be able to afford the home, you will receive an invitation for a reservation meeting and a financial consultation. Please note: a number of homes in Bloom have now been reserved and many are also under option. However, there is still availability. You can also register for homes that are currently under option. Living on the Spaarne, 10 minutes by bike from downtown Haarlem

Bloom is rising on the Spaarne, in the Indian neighborhood in Haarlem North. A five-minute bike ride away is Soendaplein, with stores for daily groceries. Also nearby: schools, medical facilities and (takeaway) restaurants. A swimming pool, sports fields and the green countryside are ten minutes away by bike. And also ten minutes by bike beckons the cozy Haarlem city center. Not far from Haarlem are the beaches of Bloemendaal and Zandvoort, where you can go both by train and bicycle. The beautiful National Park Zuid-Kennemerland is also in the immediate vicinity. Just like colorful Bollenstreek, with the Keukenhof as the big draw, of course. And do you want to go to Amsterdam? That's only twenty minutes by car. Although of course you can also easily go there by train.
