The new construction project Bloom is rising on Spaarndamseweg along the Spaarne in Haarlem. It consists of various buildings, including a striking tower. The Terraced Apartments and Penthouses that are still available are located in this tower. This means that from many of these homes, you have a great view of the river and/or the city. If you are on the west side, you can see the dunes in the distance. A brief overview:
The available ground-floor apartments in Bloom have living areas ranging from approximately 101 to 130 square meters. You can choose between apartments with three or four rooms. In all cases, you will have a balcony. The size of the balcony varies per apartment, from approximately 6 to about 18 square meters. The delivery includes an allowance for the kitchen. And you won't have to do anything to the bathroom and toilet. Because when you get the keys, it will already have high-quality sanitary ware and tiling. Good to know: various bicycle parking spaces in the storage area under the building are included in the price. You will also find a parking space for your car there. This is not included in the purchase price. Speaking of purchase prices: from 690,000 to 940,000 euros (V.O.N.).
The two Penthouses at Bloom have living areas of approximately 152 and 158 square meters. One penthouse has three rooms, the other has four. The roof terrace is the same size for both top-floor residences. Or rather, equally spacious: approximately 89 (!) square meters. Furthermore, you have a spacious living room with a lovely open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped upon completion. Just like the bathroom and the toilet. In another Bloom building, a few two-story ground-floor and upper-floor apartments are still available. These Park Residences are approximately 65 or 74 square meters in size, have three rooms, and a garden or balcony. The price is the same for every residence: 405,000 euros (including costs).
All homes in Bloom will be highly energy-efficient (energy label A+++ or even A++++). This is partly thanks to solar panels on the roof, a heat pump, and excellent insulation. With normal usage, this will reduce your energy costs. Another financial advantage is that you can take out a Sustainability Mortgage with a lower interest rate. You can also borrow more.
Bloom is rising on the Spaarne, in the Indian neighborhood in Haarlem North. A five-minute bike ride away is Soendaplein, with stores for daily groceries. Also nearby: schools, medical facilities and (takeaway) restaurants. A swimming pool, sports fields and the green countryside are ten minutes away by bike. And also ten minutes by bike beckons the cozy Haarlem city center. Not far from Haarlem are the beaches of Bloemendaal and Zandvoort, where you can go both by train and bicycle. The beautiful National Park Zuid-Kennemerland is also in the immediate vicinity. Just like colorful Bollenstreek, with the Keukenhof as the big draw, of course. And do you want to go to Amsterdam?
