Project description
Located on the IJ River in Amsterdam-North, The Wave project features 58 condominiums for sale. Striking are the large undulating outdoor spaces that run across each side of the building - alternately symmetrical or asymmetrical. A residential powerhouse with a soft, warm and accessible character. The influence of the Amsterdam School is evident in The Wave's warm and rounded forms. Because of the unique use of color, there is always something new to discover in the facade. From afar the building looks white with a sheen, up close the building comes alive and you can recognize the seven colors of stone as speckles.

The Wave has a beautiful indoor garden. The planting in that courtyard garden is very diverse. Notable are the coarse pines and the presence of gravel and natural stone. At this beautiful spot comes the lobby, the heart of the building. In this common "living room" residents can read the newspaper or a book, work for a while, have a cup of coffee or organize joint activities with your neighbors.

There will be a parking basement under the building and courtyard, as well as under the adjacent building. As a resident, you will also have your storage there.
