Living in a brand new apartment, by a vast city park in Amsterdam. It is still possible in new construction project SPOT in the new district Hondsrugpark in stadsdeel Zuidoost. There are still apartments available in the first tower of this project, with living areas ranging from 46 to 127 square meters and prices ranging from 316,226 to 759,000 euros (before taxes). Construction is in full swing. If you decide before August, you will receive a kitchen check worth 10,000 euros as a gift.
SPOT consists of seven imposing towers, offering stunning views of the adjacent (yet to be constructed) Hondsrug Park and the city. The apartments now on sale are in Tower A1. Not only that tower, but the rest of the project is under construction. As a result, it is currently the largest construction site in Amsterdam. Until recently, construction was mainly on the parking garage, i.e. below ground level. Meanwhile, work is also being done at and above ground level. Soon you will be able to see the building complex grow floor by floor. SPOT is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025.

The apartments still available in tower A1 of SPOT are the "Grand Apartments. These are homes ranging from 72 to 127 square meters and three or four rooms. Prices range from 466,500 to 759,000 euros (n.d.). There is also another compact two-room apartment available, of 46 square meters. Its purchase price is 316,226 euros (before taxes). Good to know: quite a few of these compact apartments are under option. It is possible that some of them will come back for sale. All apartments come with a nice bathroom, a private outdoor space and a storage room. They are energy-efficient and gas-free, which means lower energy consumption. By the way, the prices include two years (prepaid by the developer) ground rent. After that you pay from 809 euros ground rent per year (based on annual canon). You can also buy off the ground lease for 48 years.
The apartments will be delivered without a kitchen. But if you buy an apartment before August, you will receive a kitchen check worth 10,000 euros as a gift with it. With that check, you can have a beautiful kitchen from the renowned Leicht brand installed in your apartment.
SPOT is rising in the new urban district of Hondsrugpark in Amsterdam Southeast, between IKEA and the Johan Cruijff ArenA. This is now an area with offices and businesses. Thanks to the redevelopment, it will become a lively city district with about 5,000 homes, surrounding a park of the same name no less than 7 soccer fields in size. All the fun of the city is "just around the corner" in SPOT. You live here in a car-free environment with cycling and walking routes, places to stay by the water and sports facilities. In the neighborhood, lower and higher buildings alternate with lively squares and green streets. Hondsrugpark will have an elementary school as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, stores, entertainment venues, (flex) workplaces and cultural facilities. You will also find hidden gems in Hondsrugpark, such as local breweries, authentic coffee bars, colorful kiosks and creative concept stores. In addition to housing, SPOT itself also has space for amenities such as stores, restaurants and a daycare center. There will also be office space in SPOT.
