The living areas range from approximately 50 to about 105 square meters. All apartments have their own outdoor space of up to approximately 12 square meters. You can park your car beneath the building or in the outdoor parking area. There is also bicycle storage available. Very convenient: the apartments will be delivered with a modern kitchen, attractive plumbing, and underfloor heating and cooling. All of this is included in the price. Speaking of prices: they range from 385,000 to 785,000 euros (free of tax/cost, buyer's costs). A portion of the apartments falls under the NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee) limit. It has been said before, soon you will live in Lenteline in the Karel Keizerpark neighborhood. This park is also referred to as the 'Green Heart of Amstelveen'.
