Discover Hof van Saan, a versatile new construction project in Diemen with 135 houses for sale and rent around two green courtyards. The homes, intended for various target groups, rise on the site where crane and moving company Koninklijke Saan was located for half a century. Pre-registration for the owner-occupied homes (62 in total) has now begun. Register now and get priority when the homes go on sale in November.

The semi-detached houses are the most spacious homes. The living areas range from approximately 153 to 161 square meters. There are several options to expand the house on the first floor. Including the living room, the semi-detached homes have five rooms, with the possibility of a sixth room. You have a front and back garden and also two on-site parking spaces. The price indication: from about 1,075,000 euros (v.o.n.).
The townhouses overlook the Weespertrekvaart from the living room and have the appearance of canal houses. The living areas range from approximately 140 to 150 square meters and they have (including the living room) five rooms, with the possibility of a sixth room. Each townhouse features a south-facing garden and two on-site parking spaces. Prices start at around 925,000 euros (n.d.).
Of particular note are the semi-bungalows, with approximately 110 square meters of living space. These homes are lifelong; they have the entire living program (living, cooking, showering and sleeping) on the first floor. However, there is a second floor with (also) a bedroom. In addition to being used as a bedroom (guest room), you can also use it as a study, workspace or hobby room. The semi-bungalows have a garden and one parking space.
