The luxury bathroom and toilet will also be furnished and finished upon delivery. And the great thing is: you decide exactly what your kitchen and bathroom will look like.

For fast decision-makers: parking space in garage worth 39,000 euros included!

Each apartment includes at least one parking space in the parking garage of De Oost. If you sign before the end of this year (2025), that parking space is included in the price. After that, you will pay 39,000 euros (free of transfer tax / v.o.n.). If you want additional parking spaces as an apartment buyer, you will pay 35,000 euros (free of transfer tax / v.o.n.) per space for them. Incidentally, the parking garage is located beneath the inner courtyard, so you look out onto greenery rather than sheet metal.
