In Up North you live in the middle of the new and upcoming Poppy neighborhood, a fifteen-minute bike ride to the ferry to Amsterdam City Center. Construction has started. There are still a few apartments available.
Up North consists of eight buildings surrounding a nature-inclusive rooftop garden. There you can meet your neighbours and enjoy the sun and the fresh air. The still available apartments are two- and three-room apartments, divided into two types: Avenue Apartments and Park Apartments. The Avenue Apartments are located on Klaprozenweg and are 66, 77, 78, and 82 square metres in size. They have a balcony; the 78-square-metre apartment even has an outdoor space of nearly 20 square metres. Prices start at 512,500 euros (free hold / subject to no transfer tax). The Park Apartments overlook the park-like Klimopplein. These homes are 74, 75, 77, 83, 84, 85, and 90 square metres in size and have purchase prices starting from 542,500 euros (free hold). In addition to a balcony, some of these apartments also feature a spacious rooftop terrace. Each apartment has two private spaces in the bicycle storage and a car parking space in the underground garage. Some apartments also have a scooter space in the garage. In Up North you will live comfortably and energy-efficiently. Wonderfully bright and luxurious on the inside, and outside a nice balcony with a view. And of course, a lovely communal courtyard. The excellent energy performance means you can borrow extra money for an apartment in this project, on top of your maximum mortgage. This concerns an amount of up to 30,000 euros. The logic behind this is as follows: if you can save on your energy costs, you have more room to pay off your mortgage.

Up North is coming to the Klaprozenbuurt, between the northern banks of the IJ (NDSM, Buiksloterham) and the older neighborhoods of Amsterdam North. The Klaprozenbuurt is characterized by a high level of commercial activity and will undergo a transformation into an increasingly greener residential area in the coming years. Ultimately, some 2,000 homes will be built there. Amenities will also be added, such as primary schools, supermarkets, hospitality venues, and health and welfare facilities.
Noord is one of Amsterdam's largest districts and definitely the greenest. In Noord you will find numerous lovely shops and trendy eateries, as well as major cultural attractions like the EYE Filmmuseum and the A’DAM Toren. From the Klaprozenbuurt you are also in no time at the vibrant NDSM wharf. The ferry to the other side is an 8-minute bike ride away and you can easily access the A10 ring road. This makes Up North a wonderful place to live.
