Zoë: new construction where nature, city life, and architecture meet

Zoë is becoming a place where nature, city life, and architecture come together. You will soon live here sustainably and comfortably amidst green roof gardens, climbing facade plants, fragrant flowers, buzzing insects, and chirping birds. And… fresh air. And all this within the Amsterdam ring road.

Discover Zoë during a Meet & Greet on Saturday, April 12. Registration required.

During the Meet & Greet on Saturday, April 12th, you'll learn more about what it's like to live in such a unique building. Through floor plans and impressions, you'll discover which homes best suit your living preferences. You can discuss the project and the homes with Jurgen van de Laarschot from developer AM. And if you have questions about the nature-inclusive character of Zoë, you can ask the landscape architect involved in the project. And, importantly, a barista will provide delicious coffee. The Meet & Greet is on Saturday, April 12th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Bar Baggerbeest, Rudi van Dantzigstraat 1 in Amsterdam. Please register in advance. You can do so via this page on the project site.

Still available new construction homes in Zoë: from studios to penthouses

The available housing stock ranges from compact studios to spacious penthouses and from two, three, and four-room apartments to maisonettes by the water. The living areas range from approximately 40 to about 167 square meters. Prices vary from 311,907 to 1,304,798 euros. These prices are including costs for the buyer and based on annual leasehold. The homes will be delivered with a luxury kitchen with built-in appliances. They also all have their own (or two) outdoor spaces. View the housing stock on the supply page on the project website and register. Or come to the Meet & Greet first on Saturday, April 12.

Energy-neutral and sustainable new-build apartments in Amsterdam

In addition to all the greenery on, at, and around the building, Zoë is also very sustainable in other ways. The homes are energy-neutral, partly due to excellent insulation, triple glazing, heat recovery, and solar panels incorporated into the facades. This results in a lower energy bill (with normal consumption) and allows you to borrow at least 20,000 euros more to purchase the home. The building materials are also as sustainable as possible. And there is an ingenious water system where excess rainwater is collected and flows back to the roof gardens that need it during dry periods.

Watch the video impression of Zoë:

Quiet living within the ring road, near the vibrant liveliness of Amsterdam.

Zoë is rising in the new Sluisbuurt city district on the Zeeburgereiland in Amsterdam, within the ring road. This new, green city district is under full development. Here, you will find peace and balance, with the vibrant liveliness of Amsterdam just around the corner. And all this close to the Amsterdam-Rijn Canal, with its robust cargo ships, the imposing Oranjesluizen locks, and the vastness of the IJ.
