Feestelijke moment: eerste (mijl)paal geslagen

Inmiddels is er weer een mijlpaal bereikt: de eerste paal is geslagen. Daarmee is de bouw van Zoë nu écht begonnen. Dit zeer natuurinclusieve gebouw gaat er dus echt komen.

And all this within the Amsterdam ring road.

Nog beschikbare studio’s, appartementen en penthouses in Zoë

Het nog beschikbare woningaanbod in Zoë bestaat uit studio’s, twee-, drie- en vierkamerappartementen en penthouses. Een kort overzicht:

• Studio’s van circa 40 tot 49 vierkante meter met koopsommen vanaf 327.500 euro (v.o.n.). Er is ook nog een studio (loft) beschikbaar van maar liefst 64 vierkante meter. De prijs daarvan is 440.000 euro (v.o.n.).
• Tweekamerappartementen van circa 56 tot 65 vierkante meter met een buitenruimte. De koopsommen beginnen bij 405.000 euro (v.o.n.).
• Driekamerappartementen van circa 70 tot 106 vierkante meter met een buitenruimte. De prijzen: vanaf 495.000 euro (v.o.n.).
• Vierkamerappartementen van circa 86 tot 117 vierkante meter met een buitenruimte en prijzen vanaf 605.000 euro (v.o.n.).
• Penthouses van circa 133 en 167 vierkante meter met vier kamers, twee badkamers en twee buitenruimtes. De koopsommen beginnen bij 1.050.000 euro (v.o.n.). Je kunt de indeling van je penthouse zelf bepalen, in overleg met de architect.

De studio’s in Zoë worden opgeleverd inclusief vloer- en wandafwerking en badkamer. Voor de keuken krijg je een keukencheque. Veel andere appartementen worden inclusief luxe keuken opgeleverd. De vrij op naam-prijzen zijn op basis van jaarlijkse erfpacht. Je kunt er ook voor kiezen de erfpacht in één keer af te kopen.

Duurzame nieuwbouw appartementen in Amsterdam

In addition to all the greenery on, at, and around the building, Zoë is also very sustainable in other ways. The homes are energy-neutral, partly due to excellent insulation, triple glazing, heat recovery, and solar panels incorporated into the facades. This results in a lower energy bill (with normal consumption) and allows you to borrow at least 20,000 euros more to purchase the home. The building materials are also as sustainable as possible. And there is an ingenious water system where excess rainwater is collected and flows back to the roof gardens that need it during dry periods.
