SPOT Amsterdam is the largest new development in Amsterdam and includes seven residential towers. Two of them are now on the market: Scarlet and Crystal. In these elegant towers of 27 and 31 floors, you will find stylish and compact City Apartments, unique City Houses (on the ground floor), spacious Grand Apartments and luxury Penthouses. In both residential towers, only Grand Apartments are currently available. These are apartments with three or four rooms and living areas of approximately 72 to approximately 114 square meters. The Grand Apartments are located on both the lower and upper floors. They all have their own outdoor space. The purchase prices range from 483,000 to 732,263 euros (VAT included).
Scarlet also has a City House available. This three-room apartment of approximately 99 square meters is located on the ground floor. From your living room, you can walk right out onto the car-free square between the buildings. There you can also enjoy outdoor living. The price: 569,250 euros (VAT included). If you include the options apartments, you will also have the chance to win a City Apartment worth 414,000 euros (VAT included). This two-room apartment of 62 square meters is located in the building called Scarlet (on the second floor). The penthouses in both towers are all sold out.
The purchase prices of the apartments are free of additional costs and include two years of ground rent prepaid (by the developer). That saves money! Afterwards, you pay an annual ground rent canon. The amount depends on the size of your apartment. You can also buy off the ground rent for 48 years.
Construction of SPOT, and therefore of the residential towers Scarlet and Crystal, is well underway. As things currently stand, residential tower Scarlet is expected to be completed at the end of this year (2025). You can therefore start living here in December! The completion of Crystal is expected in the course of 2026. In both towers, the completion includes bathrooms, toilets, underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. You choose the kitchen yourself.

SPOT rises in the new Hondsrugpark district in Amsterdam Southeast, between IKEA and the Johan Cruijff ArenA. This is now still an area with offices and businesses. Thanks to the redevelopment, it will become a vibrant urban neighborhood with approximately 5,000 homes, surrounded by a park of the same name that is a whopping seven football fields in size.
All the fun of the city is right around the corner at SPOT. Soon you will live here in a low-car environment with cycling and walking routes, waterfront leisure areas, and sports facilities.
