The new housing supply is located in one of the two sub-areas of Elzenhagen: the Zuidbuurt. Here, you will soon have the feeling of living in a park. The landscape is gently sloping and rich in greenery and water. Parts of the facades are also overgrown. Walking paths with seating areas in the greenery connect the buildings to each other. Amsterdam Central Station, for example, is only five minutes away by metro. The Zuidas is less than fifteen minutes. A number of buyers have the option to purchase a parking space in a nearby garage.
