Living in Haarlem, with shops, restaurants, a cinema, and an indoor food hall all around you. It's possible in the 23Stories new construction project. This striking building of—indeed—23 floors is rising on the vibrant Californiëplein in Haarlem Nieuw-Zuid, a fifteen-minute bike ride from the historic city center. Various two-, three-, and four-room apartments are still available with prices starting from 358,000 euros (free on board). Discover the selection during the open house at the sales center on the construction site at Californiëplein, every Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
23Stories is popular among singles, couples, and families, both young and old. The building features no fewer than 162 homes in all kinds of varieties: studios, two-, three-, and four-room apartments, and XL homes. Many homes have already been sold or are under option, but there is still availability. This includes two-, three-, and four-room apartments as well as an XL home. The living areas range from approximately 57 to about 143 square meters. All of these apartments have a balcony or terrace. Especially from the higher-floor homes, you have a fantastic view over the city (and beyond). Prices range from 358,000 to 859,000 euros (free of property transfer tax/costs). The currently available homes in brief:
From the higher located apartments of 23Stories you have a fantastic view. Of course on the bustling Californiaplein and Haarlem itself, but also further. In clear weather, you can see the skyline of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport on one side, the dunes and the sea on the other.
All apartments in 23Stories are very energy-efficient. That can make a significant difference in your energy bill, and with some mortgage lenders you pay less interest. It also provides extra living comfort. The homes are delivered with a modern kitchen with built-in appliances and a complete and stylish bathroom and toilet. You can park your bicycle, scooter, or mobility scooter in the secure storage facility. A parking space is available for a number of apartments in the adjacent parking garage. Shared cars are also available there for all buyers to use.
Good to know: construction of 23Stories has now started. As a result, the project will be completed as early as the summer of 2027. That is a year earlier than with comparable buildings. Therefore, you have to wait a shorter time and have the advantage of a year less of double housing costs.
Discover 23Stories and the remaining available homes at the sales center on Californiëplein in Haarlem (at the construction site). Every Friday between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, you can chat with the sales team there, view scale models, and explore the options for the kitchen, tiling, and plumbing. Furthermore, the event is a great opportunity to explore the surrounding area. Would you like to register? You can do so (even without visiting the sales center). Go to accommodation offer on the project website, view the still available apartments, create an account and register for the property or properties of your preference. The sales team will then contact you. There are also properties under option. You can register for those as well. After all, if an option holder drops out, you may still be eligible for such a property.
