Are you interested in a downstairs apartment in Bloom? Then there is good news because you can reserve a home now during the PreSale. Be quick, though, because this outside opportunity expires on Tuesday, June 24 (11:59 p.m.). How does the PreSale work?

• You register via the digital registration form on the project site. Through this form you indicate which home(s) you prefer.
• After you send the registration form, you will receive an email confirmation with an intake form.
• You fill out the intake form and mail it to info@nexthome.nl. This completes your enrollment. The intake form is for a financial check.
• The registration period closes on Tuesday, June 24 (11:59 p.m.). After that, homes will be assigned.
• If you have been assigned a home, you will receive an invitation for a reservation interview with the real estate agent. You will also receive an invitation for an (online) financial interview with one of the financial coaches.
• During the reservation interview, you indicate whether you really want the property. If so, you sign a reservation agreement and pay a deposit of 2,500 euros. This deposit will be returned to you when the house is officially transferred into your name by the notary. You can also ask for another week of reflection time and take an option on the house.
• If you want the property, you digitally sign the reservation agreement. This gives you 100 percent certainty that the property is yours.
