Amsterdam city center on UNESCO World Heritage List

In addition to legions of stores, cafes and restaurants, you will find galleries and museums in Amsterdam's city center. Most of these are housed in historic buildings. There are also large monumental buildings. Perhaps the most famous is the Palace on Dam Square, built in the seventeenth century as a town hall and at the time one of the largest buildings in Europe. What adds to the atmosphere: the canals, bridges, houseboats and sloops. The capital city center is a living postcard that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site for a reason.

New construction in Amsterdam Center

Although this part of town is best known for its centuries-old history, new construction is also taking place there. Especially - but not exclusively - at two larger locations: Oostenburg and Marineterrein. On this page you will find an overview of the current and future supply registered with us for this district. You can also read the latest news. And if you are looking specifically for properties at one of the larger new construction sites, we have them neatly arranged for you. An overview of new construction available in the entire region (Amsterdam Metropolitan Area) can be found on the supply page on this website.
