New construction project HK145 is located on the waterfront of the Entrepotdok. The three-story building comprises five stylish apartments, which you can already live in late this summer. You will soon be able to start decorating, too. Prices range from 925,000 to 1,130,000 euros (free of transfer tax / v.o.n.), based on annually indexed ground rent payment. A brief overview:
The ground floor apartment is a three-room apartment of approximately 106 square meters. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen (with a kitchen island), two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One of these bathrooms is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. Parallel to the facade, you have an elongated garden by the water. What's special about this apartment is the ceiling height of three meters. That gives a very spacious feel.
On the first and second floors, on the waterfront side, you’ll find two apartments measuring approximately 83 square meters. These apartments feature a spacious living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You also have an outdoor space. It is enclosed and faces south. Both apartments have the same floor plan. A special feature: from your apartment, you can see the giraffes at the nearby Artis Zoo.
