Six special houses in the Kruitbos;

Living in a place where the greenery literally reaches your back door? In Stijl, part of De Krijgsman Muiden, six spacious homes are built around a small-scale estate. Here you live in the heart of the greenery, right next to the Kruitbos and yet close to the coast and the characteristic center of Muiden.

The style consists of four semi-detached houses and two corner houses. All the houses have been designed with an eye for the natural environment and have a distinctive appearance with white wooden facades and warm-colored tiled roofs. The common courtyard forms a charming entrance with greenery, plants, and wooden fences that complement the architecture beautifully.

A farm with its own atmosphere;

From Krijgsmanlaan, you drive through a wooden fence to Stijl’s grounds. Here, you immediately create your own, recognizable living environment. The front doors are located on the grounds, with a cozy porch and a private spot to sit outside. At the rear are the private gardens, which gradually extend into a private piece of natural garden.

Every house comes with a Groen-2 natural garden. A green space that goes beyond a traditional backyard. Here there is space to play, relax, or even create your own green space. The natural garden is landscaped with greenery and blends in with the natural surroundings of the Kruitbos.

Space for living and outdoor life;

The homes have approximately 160 m² of living space and are spread over three floors. On the ground floor you find a spacious living area with kitchen, dining room and living room. Large windows ensure plenty of contact with the garden and greenery. An elevated ceiling at the rear also creates extra spaciousness and natural light.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom and a spacious room that can be used as needed.

Your home, your choices;

There is also room for personal choices inside the house. For the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and tiling, a set-in-place system is used. This way, you can, together with the selected partners, customize your kitchen and sanitary facilities to your liking. Outside, too, much has already been arranged: the parking spaces have been created, the courtyard has been landscaped, and the boundary walls have been installed.

Muiden and Amsterdam are just around the corner;

Stijl is located in a special spot within De Krijgsman. The Kruitbos is just around the corner, and from the courtyard there are walking and cycling paths leading to the water, the IJmeerdijk, the center of Muiden, and daily amenities. The IJmeer, Muiderslot, the marina, and the cozy restaurants of Muiden are also nearby.

And do you want to go to the city? Amsterdam is a 15-minute drive away and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
