Parc4you is a new construction complex that will be built in the middle of Centrumeiland. On perhaps the most beautiful and spacious plot. Next to "the forest" that was planted years ago.

Bouwgroep Parc4you is an initiative of professionals who have already worked together on other residential buildings constructed through Co-ownership. 

What does joint clientership entail?

With co-ownership, you decide for yourself what your home will be like, and you decide together with your neighbors what the common areas and the exterior will look like. This may sound daunting, but from experience, we know that it is a very enjoyable process. The building group will be supported by various professionals. 

Based on the price list and design, you can register for a home in this complex. These are homes that will be finished including all installations, interior walls and doors, complete bathroom and toilet (everything except the kitchen, floor and wall finishes). 

Sustainable facades

Parc4you uses a high-quality and sustainable facade. Inspiration for this comes from renowned international buildings. For example, a residential building in Paris by Mars Architectes with a wooden facade reminiscent of Japanese architecture. The 'Urban Woods' residential building in Delft by Urban Climate Architects with a climate-adaptive and nature-inclusive facade. And a residential building in Oslo by Alliance Architecture Studio with a facade made of wood with a sustainable carbon layer. 

The following level of finishing applies to the homes, and the prices are based on this: 

• Including bathroom and toilet with Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware.
• Tiles 25 cm x 44 cm on the walls and at least 45 x 45 cm on the floor.
• Flush interior doors in hardwood frames.
• Electrawerk Jung LS 990.
• Gas-free with heat pump and underfloor heating.
• 3 solar panels on the individual meter per dwelling.
• A kitchen and wall and floor finishes are not included as standard. 

As a client, you will join other group members to commission the contractor to realize your dream home.
