Bouwgroep Ecoloft4you is an initiative of professionals who previously collaborated on other residential buildings constructed under co-ownership arrangements.

Location on Centrumeiland IJburg 

Ecoloft4you is being built on Pampuslaan on Centrumeiland on perhaps the most beautiful plot with a great view of the water. 

Centrumeiland is the self-build location of the municipality of Amsterdam. Here, future residents design and build their own dream homes. It's going to be beautiful. A new development built by residents, for residents.

Ecoloft4you is being built in a very prominent location on Pampuslaan, with a view of the water on three sides of the building. The building will have a powerful appearance that suits this location.

Deflection level:

• Including bathroom and toilet with Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware.
• Tiles 25 cm x 44 cm on the walls and at least 45 x 45 cm on the floor.
• Solid flush interior doors.
• Electrawerk Jung LS 990.
• Gas-free with heat pump and underfloor heating.
• Solar panels on the individual meters of the homes.
• A kitchen is not included as standard.

When you join building group Ecoloft4you, you pay a registration fee of €500. This ensures that the home remains reserved for you. Furthermore, no upfront payment is required until everything is finalized and you can secure a mortgage (just before construction begins).

Forecast planning: Start construction around 01-01-2027. Construction time approximately 1.5 years.

What does joint clientership entail?

With co-ownership, you decide for yourself how your home will look, and you collaborate with your future neighbors to determine how the common areas and the exterior will be designed. This might sound exciting, but from experience, we know it's an incredibly enjoyable process. Naturally, the construction group is supported by various professionals who guide the project.

What is expected of the members?

The construction group members can participate in multiple areas. The members have the decisive vote in the project and have a lot of influence in the process. However, the professional initiator will manage the entire process from the bidding phase up to and including aftercare after completion. This will include timely indication of when which choices need to be made. 

What is the advantage of joining now?

The sooner you join, the more influence you have on the final result. During the project development, many important choices are made regarding the design of the complex. Additionally, the purchase prices during the registration period are below the current market selling price.

Another major advantage of our approach is that you are fully involved in the process from the very beginning and decide for yourself what your home will look like.

Please note: the municipality imposes a mandatory owner-occupation clause for 5 years from the start of construction.
