KBF Dock consists of two staggered ten-story towers. The apartments currently for sale are located on the third, fourth, and eighth floors. These are 14 terrace apartments with two or three rooms. The living areas range from approximately 46 to 64 square meters. Each apartment has a terrace with areas up to about 16 square meters. Delivery includes a fully finished bathroom and toilet. This is included in the purchase price, as is a kitchen voucher. Speaking of purchase prices, they range from 405,000 to 615,000 euros. These prices are free on title and based on an annual ground rent.
