Willow III is the largest building in The Green Gallery and features 37 apartments for sale with three, four, or five rooms. The living areas range from approximately 80 to 115 square meters. An overview of the different unit types:
The Garden View apartments are approximately 80 to 91 square meters in size. You have a spacious living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, and a west or south-facing balcony. From the apartment and your balcony, you have a view of the courtyard garden. Prices range from 560,000 to 660,000 euros (including auction costs).
The Terrace type apartments come in two variants: one of approximately 81 square meters with three rooms (two of which are bedrooms) and one of approximately 112 square meters with five rooms (four of which are bedrooms). Whichever variant you choose, you will always have a terrace of 13 square meters across the full width of the home. This is possible thanks to its location: on the seventh floor of the building.
