Parkvilla 8 and 9 are playful buildings set in greenery and by the water, featuring subdued colors and facade planting. Characteristic features include large windows, elongated balconies, recessed upper floors, and large roof terraces. Parkvilla 8 contains 27 apartments, while Parkvilla 9 is considerably smaller with 13 apartments. These are three- or four-room apartments and spacious four-room penthouses as well. Living areas range from approximately 82 to 127 square meters. The penthouses are around 148 square meters in size. Purchase prices start at 512,000 euros (free of transfer tax / property free and clear). Penthouse prices start at 968,000 euros (free of transfer tax / property free and clear). These prices are based on an annual ground rent.
The single-family homes will be located in the more urban Noordbuurt of Elzenhagen. This involves 38 three- and four-story homes in the Noordhof 6 building. You can choose from various home types. There are townhouses with the (living) kitchen on the ground floor and the living room on the first floor, although you can also reverse that. There are also homes with a mezzanine that connects the kitchen to the living room in a sea of space and light. And you can choose a house with a workspace downstairs. The number of bedrooms per home type varies from three to five. It goes without saying that you can also give one or more of those rooms a different purpose, such as work, study, or a hobby. All homes have a terrace, and some also have a balcony. Even more outdoor space: you will live here adjacent to a lovely courtyard garden, where children can play safely and where you can meet your neighbors. The living areas range from approximately 120 to about 174 (!) square meters. Prices start at 631,000 euros (free on board / subject to no transfer tax). These prices are based on an annual ground rent.
The energy performance of both the apartments and the single-family homes is excellent (energy labels A++ and A+++). This is mainly due to the excellent insulation, heat/cold storage, solar panels, and district heating. This results in greater living comfort and – with normal usage – a lower energy bill. You can also borrow more for the purchase of the home. Very convenient: the homes are delivered with a complete bathroom (and toilet) and a Siematic kitchen with built-in appliances. This is included in the purchase price.
Elzenhagen is conveniently located relative to the city. Noord metro station is within walking distance. From that location, you can travel to Amsterdam Central Station in about five minutes.
Actually, you don't even need to cross the IJ. After all, Amsterdam Noord combines the best of both worlds. On the one hand, you have various cultural and culinary hotspots close by, such as the EYE Filmmuseum, the A'DAM Tower, and the NDSM wharf.
