The Paltrok is a versatile new-construction project consisting of several buildings. Here, you will soon live just a ten-minute bike ride from the center of Zaandam and approximately twenty minutes by train from Amsterdam Central Station. The owner-occupied apartments still available are primarily located in the tallest building (Block H). These are two-, three-, and four-room apartments with living areas ranging from approximately 48 to 118 square meters. The larger apartments have a balcony or loggia, while the smaller ones do not have their own outdoor space. There is a lovely shared inner courtyard for all residents. The prices of the still available apartments in Block H range from 309,000 to 668,000 euros (free of property transfer tax/costs). Apartments are also still available in the other buildings.
