POOORT is rising on Jasperstraat in the Poelenburg district. It will be a contemporary building with striking architecture, where triangular shapes define the visual image. The townhouses in POOORT are approximately 115 square meters in size, spread over three floors. On the ground floor, you have a spacious kitchen-diner. The living room is located on the first floor. Above that are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The townhouses (Poorthuis type) have two outdoor spaces: a terrace on the ground floor (adjacent to the courtyard garden) and a balcony.
The apartments come in various types: with two, three, and four rooms. The living areas range from approximately 59 to around 79 square meters. Each apartment has an indoor storage room and its own outdoor space in the form of a balcony. Special feature: some apartments have a straightforward layout, while others are very playful. For the two-room apartments, you can choose between the "regular" and the plus variant. One is approximately 59 square meters in size, the other around 64 square meters.
The penthouses are located on the top floors of the POOORT residential tower. That guarantees a breathtaking view of Zaandam and the beautiful surrounding area. These top-floor apartments feature a spacious living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, and a large loggia as an outdoor space.
A special place within POOORT is the large communal roof garden. Among colorful plants and fragrant herbs, you can relax, gather with other residents, or simply enjoy the greenery.
