Living in a vibrant, new city center, with shops, restaurants, a cinema, and an indoor food hall right next door. It is possible in the new construction project 23Stories in HaarlemThis striking building of—indeed—23 stories is rising on Californiëplein in Haarlem Nieuw-Zuid, a fifteen-minute bike ride from the old city center. Discover the still available apartments during the open house on Saturday, October 11 at the construction site (10:00 AM–12:00 PM).
23Stories is popular among singles, couples, and families, both young and old. The building boasts no fewer than 162 residences, ranging from studios to XL four-room apartments. More than half have now been sold and construction is well underway. During the open house, you will walk across the floor of the basement that will soon lie beneath the building. Perhaps you will even stand on the spot where you will soon park your bicycle or scooter.
The currently available housing supply consists of two-, three- and four-room apartments and an XL home. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Prices range from 363,400 to 859,000 euros (free of transfer tax). The currently available housing supply at a glance:
From the higher located apartments of 23Stories you have a fantastic view. Of course on the bustling Californiaplein and Haarlem itself, but also further. In clear weather, you can see the skyline of Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport on one side, the dunes and the sea on the other.
All apartments in 23Stories are very energy efficient. That can make a big difference in your energy bill and with some mortgage lenders you pay less interest. It also provides extra living comfort. The homes are delivered with a modern kitchen with built-in appliances and with a complete bathroom and toilet. You can park your bicycle, scooter, or mobility scooter in the enclosed storage. A parking space is available for a number of apartments in the adjacent parking garage. Car-sharing vehicles are also located there.
Good to know: construction of 23Stories is well underway. The basement floor is finished and can be walked on during the open house. You can safely call this "rock bottom" a milestone. Completion is expected to start from the summer of 2027. That is a year earlier than for comparable buildings. So you have to wait less long and have a year less of double housing costs.
Would you like to live in 23Stories? Then come to the open house on Saturday, October 11, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the sales center on the construction site at Californiëplein in Haarlem. Just want to escape from all the city bustle? There are several parks nearby and about half an hour by e-bike the beach of Bloemendaal aan Zee beckons.
