Tuesday, July 7: Sneak Preview Havenzicht, the newest phase of the Gouwhaven new-build residential area in Monnickendam

Modern living comfort, the atmosphere and architecture of the past. That combination makes the Gouwhaven new construction development in the picturesque Monnickendam very attractive. What you need to know about the Sneak Preview of Havenzicht:

• Where: project office on the construction site (navigate to Galgeriet 4, Monnickendam). Parking is available on the construction site.
• Program: presentation of the updated model of Gouwhaven (including the second phase: Havenzicht), first (conceptual) images of Havenzicht, initial information about the homes, in conversation with the sales team, viewing construction progress of phase 1, exploring the surroundings.
• Sign in No need, you can just walk in.

Havenzicht: waterside mansions and apartments in Monnickendam

In Havenzicht, the new phase of Gouwhaven, you live by the water. This new phase consists of townhouses and apartments behind facades with a historical and maritime appearance. The first part of Havenzicht (phase 2a) comprises 111 homes: 68 townhouses and 43 apartments.

Excellent energy performance: more financial room, lower energy bill

All homes in Gouwhaven are extremely energy-efficient, thanks in part to excellent insulation, solar panels, and underfloor heating. This makes a difference on your energy bill (with normal consumption) and you can also borrow more.

Still homes available in the first phase: Hart van Gouwhaven

As the new phase is coming, the first phase (Heart of Gouwhaven) currently on sale. That phase has 49 apartments. Of those, 22 are still available (at this moment). These are two-, three-, and four-room apartments ranging from approximately 58 to 101 square meters. All homes have their own outdoor space, varying from a Delft sidewalk to a balcony. Prices range from 410,000 to 695,000 euros (subject to purchase costs).

Gouwhaven: living by the harbor, close to historic Monnickendam

Gouwhaven is located between the harbor, the Hemmeland recreation area, and the historic center of Monnickendam. You live here on or near the water of the Gouwzee, with shops, restaurants, and terraces within walking distance. The architecture is inspired by historic merchant houses and the industrial appearance of the Hakvoort Shipyard, translated into a contemporary style. The new neighborhood will feature over 700 homes, divided into five phases. The offering consists of studios, apartments, penthouses, and townhouses. In addition, there is space for restaurants and cafes, a supermarket, other amenities, and a childcare center.
